Abstract

The PPP mode has an important position in the financing of highway projects in China. This paper first summarizes the definition of the PPP mode and its common features, then analyses the development status of the mode in China in the light of statistical data and the unique advantages of the PPP mode in highway financing. Finally, on the basis of previous scholarly research, new problems that need to be solved in the Post-PPP era are proposed and specific countermeasures are given to provide a reference for the further development of the PPP mode in the financing of highway projects in China.
