As an essential indicator to measure corporate financial performance and social responsibility, ESG has been widely used in theory and practice. This paper uses the data of listed companies combined with the least square regression test, a multidimensional empirical test of the impact of ESG on corporate financial performance. The results demonstrate that ESG has a differentiated impact on different financial indicators such as ROA (returns on assets), ROE (returns on equity), and Tobin's Q index, implying that the impact of ESG is relatively complex. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions hoping to provide some references for enterprises to improve their financial performance and promote sustainable development.
This paper analysis the positive externalities of using heat pumps in European so-ciety to solve the high-temperature problem. Through the paper, heat pump as a potential solution to the climate problem, contemplating how it is done, why it is the best solution, and what are the positive externalities specifically to the City of London. The heat pump is renewable and can reduce carbon dioxide and sulfur emissions. In order to better introduce the benefits of heat pumps in those high-temperature cities, the author thus chooses to create a hypothetical city which is called M&M City. In the stimulating process, we predict the specific circum-stances of heat pumps that may be needed in the simulated city and associated packages, analyze the value and feasibility, as well as present the shortcomings and look to the future.
Under the current epidemic situation, China's Internet finance has achieved unprecedented rapid development and wide application. As the world's leading Internet open platform under Alibaba, Ant Financial is a typical representative of China's Internet finance industry. The sudden epidemic has continued to this day, which has had a huge impact on the Internet consumer finance industry. In response to this phenomenon, I conducted a SWOT analysis of Ant Financial in the context of the normalization of the epidemic, and gained a new understanding of its strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. Combined with my analysis, I hope to draw effective suggestions for the development of Ant Finance or China's Internet finance industry in the post-epidemic era.
With the innovation of information technology and e-commerce model, live e-commerce meets the diversified needs of consumers and has become a new driving force for the growth of online consumption. In the 2020 novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak and the decisive struggle against poverty, the direct broadcast of electric business has opened a convenient door for the sale of agricultural products. Direct broadcasting economy has promoted the development of rural economy, but there are also some problems. This paper analyzes the current situation of live broadcast sales of agricultural products and gives countermeasures to the problems. At present, with the continuous development of internet live broadcasting, various industries are trying to use live broadcasting for sales. For example, in the agricultural field, live broadcasting of agricultural products has become the main means of agricultural product marketing. During the live broadcast and delivery period, the diversity of live broadcast types ensures the delivery effect and increases the sales of agricultural products. However, the live broadcast of goods has also brought many problems, such as false publicity, data fraud, hidden gray industrial chain, difficulty in returning and exchanging goods, and other phenomena have also occurred many times, which has attracted the attention of all walks of life. Therefore, it is suggested that in the process of live broadcast sales of agricultural products, the anchor with goods should be encouraged to continuously enhance their live broadcast ability, and try to adopt diversified live broadcast modes for live broadcast with goods. In addition, it is also necessary to do a good job in the supervision and management of webcast. It is suggested that the relevant departments should establish a perfect supervision and management system for live broadcasting of commodities, and investigate and deal with all kinds of bad and illegal behaviors according to the law.
This study provides a novel model to discuss the function of incubator on startups by combining agency theory and social capital theory. The analysis is based on the assumption that the agency cost in startup business operations results in higher information asymmetry for creditors and equity investors in firm evaluation, which leads to more obstacles to a startup’s access to funding. The emphasis is on the startup’s operating environment from the perspective of goal-directed conflict and information asymmetry. The inference is conducted based on antecedent literature that mainly relied on social capital theory, and we try to shed light by adding agency theory to extend the boundaries of current studies. The implications of this result indicate the improved efficiency of utilizing an incubator in alleviating the complexity of a startup’s operating environment. The study provides insight into future policy making in startup development and incubator-related assistance.
There is no doubt that a country's fiscal policy plays an important role in stabilizing the economy and promoting growth. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements, the growth rate has attracted worldwide attention, the economic scale has leapt to the second place in the world, and the comprehensive national strength has been continuously strengthened. In the process of China's rapid economic growth, along with the changes of economic system, the financial system, as one of the important economic systems, experienced the "separate cooking stoves" in the 1980s, and carried out the reform of tax distribution system in 1994. So, after the reform, what impact has this system had on all aspects of China's modernization process? Based on theoretical research, this paper focuses on frontier research, summarizes existing well-known research achievements at home and abroad, and provides literature retrieval and theoretical reference for subsequent research.

Based on the investigation and analysis of the employment psychological status of college graduates in China, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to alleviate the severe employment pressure. At the same time, it also provides the theoretical basis and reference materials for related researchers. In recent years, recruiting units have paid more and more attention to the relationship between graduates and employers and the roles played by both parties. It is found that the imbalance between supply and demand in China's labor market is the main factor affecting students' participation in civil service examinations, teachers' academic qualifications and degree certificate system reform. Among them, the employment and working environment of graduates are more influential, while for employers, the biggest impact is the gap between the positions provided by enterprises and social needs.
The growing size of enterprise groups and the rapid development of information technology have given rise to financial shared services. They have brought about changes in the financial management model, improved the efficiency of accounting processes, and strengthened the control of molecular companies by reconstructing financial processes. However, there are some shortcomings in the current financial shared services, for example, the application of financial shared services is mainly focused on the operational level, concentrating on post-event processing, lagging behind the demand and facing difficulties. Therefore, this paper takes the financial shared service center of Mengniu Group as the research object and focuses on how to use new types of financial information technology to realize the digital transformation of the enterprise financial management process. The case is analyzed using relevant theories. The financial shared services model has improved the efficiency of modern enterprises' production and operations, expanded the analysis and decision support functions of finance, and facilitated the digital transformation of enterprise finance; at the same time, the value of data assets related to financial shared services has not been fully exploited, and the benefits of financial sharing are still limited to internal enterprises and have not been extended to other enterprises in the value chain. It is recommended that enterprises further improve their shared services and combine them with digital transformation based on data, process, and business specifications, and implement them more deeply in all dimensions of the value chain in the future to achieve value creation.
As Chinese women’s needs for skincare grow and domestic cosmetics brands develop, they are gradually shifting their focus from products from abroad to domestic products because of the relatively lower price and the same ingredient. Proya stands out of those domestic cosmetics brands, and it can be seen obviously that it invests much money and effort in marketing to target women group. This paper intends to analyze how the marketing strategy of Proya works and how women consumers react to it. The method used to analyze this marketing strategy is mainly 4P Strategy which represents product, price, place, and promotion to deeply observe Proya’s key to success: how Proya has made their business choices in terms of product classification, pricing, location, promotion with marketing, set the brand apart from other skincare brands and become famous in China. Then the paper compares the success of Proya with other brands in the same industry, and finds its outstanding advantages and disadvantages. Finally, It can be concluded that the marketing of Proya is so concerned with the female group. Instead of spreading anxiety and forcing consumers to buy, Proya promotes and builds its products from the perspective of women, and becomes a brand centred on the female group, which greatly contributes to its business success.
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020, global economic growth and public health have been greatly impacted. On the one hand, the epidemic has disrupted global supply chains, affecting the economic stability of various countries, and increased the vulnerability of the global economy. On the other hand, the epidemic has exposed the rapid spread of epidemic diseases around the world by globalization, which has become a systemic risk.As one of the best solutions to prevent the spread of large-scale diseases in the greatest public range in the history of human medical development, vaccines have become the key to whether humans can defeat the COVID-19 as soon as possible. This paper shows the changes in the vaccinated population of less developed countries after the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccine exemption by establishing a mathematical model, and proposes that less developed countries should adjust their policies to help the vaccine exemption to vaccinate more people in their own countries according to existing international rules.
As the result of the amount of greenhouse gas emission, many countries has developed green economic that achieve sustain economy and protect environment. Sustainable economic development has became a trend, and an important part of it’s industrial agglomeration. There are theoretical and practical implementation of industrial agglomeration. This paper is going to talk about the industrial agglomeration of manufacture. Industrial agglomeration refers to firms in the same industry locating in the same geographic area. The regional similarity of their location results in so-called industrial externalities, referred to as external economies of scale by Marshall and localization externalities by Henderson. In this paper, the factors that cause industrial agglomeration of manufacture will be discussed. First of all, the raw materials is one of the factors. Raw materials are the resources used to make goods. Secondly, the labor market is also an important factor of industrial agglomeration. Thirdly, the policy will have a great impact on the industrial agglomeration in a certain region. The policy refers to the directives and targets set by the state, government and enterprises. In the case study, this paper has chosen California, which is famous for its home industry, and confirmed the above three influencing factors.
This article collects data on the medical industry for 2020-2021 and explores various indicators that may affect the earnings of medical head companies. The categories of pharmaceutical companies are divided into Bioengineering, Medical Services, and Pharmaceuticals. According to the linear regression model, the R-squared and adjusted R-squared values are large and close to 1. It indicates that our data selection is relevant, and our independent variables can be used as predictors of the dependent variable. Differences in the percentage change in assets, the related industries of individual companies, and the number of employees can be strong predictors of changes in their revenue ratios.
As Apple becomes a world-leading technology company, it is no doubt that its stock has brought a huge amount of profit to its investors. Many investors rely on financial modules to estimate the change in stock values and make the final decision. They contribute significantly to the decision-making of investors. This paper intends to use the composition of the models to evaluate the monthly stock price of AAPL in the past five years with the composition of the models and compare it with the real open stock price. It turns out that the real value was overvalued in the first four years yet undervalued in the fifth year.
Recently, the ticket price of domestic tourist attractions has continued to rise, which causes a hot debate in society. Compared with the international average, the ticket prices of some tourist attractions in China have reached or exceeded some developed countries. This paper points out that in different scenic spots their products are different. On this basis, it gives a monopoly competition model based on game theory, which can be used to explain the high ticket prices of scenic spots and other high prices, and can provide references for relevant departments to formulate countermeasures. The purpose of this paper is to point out that scenic spot products are differential monopoly products. By introducing the idea of game theory, it is demonstrated that the characteristics of differential monopoly may automatically lead to a complete monopoly price in scenic spots, resulting in social welfare losses. This model can explain the high ticket prices in China and the fact that some scenic spots are still planning to raise prices.
As a publisher of information on capital market transactions, media coverage has become a hot topic of research for modern scholars. In this paper, stocks with trading data within 2013.1.1-2020.1.1 on the SSE and SZSE are used as research samples, and the number of media reports, investor sentiment, and stock returns are used as core variables, to investigate the transmission relationship between these three things by using a mediating effect model. The relationship between the three variables is reported systematically and directly. This study concludes that investor sentiment plays a partially mediating role in the impact of media attention on the stock market. Investor sentiment as a medium of media information translates perceptions into behavior and thus influences investors' investment decisions. The news gives investors some informational advantage reduced the level of information asymmetry and has the most pronounced impact on investors, media involvement diminishes the role of investor sentiment on stock investments.
Studying the spatial differences and influencing factors of regional energy development can promote regional sustainable development. This study uses the per capita electricity consumption of 21 cities in Guangdong Province in 2021 as an indicator to measure regional energy development and uses ArcGIS's natural discontinuity method, spatial trend surface analysis method, and spatial autocorrelation to study the spatial differences and spatial agglomeration of energy development in 21 cities in Guangdong Province, Finally, the geographically weighted regression model is applied to explore the various factors affecting the energy development of 21 cities in Guangdong Province. It is concluded that the energy development of 21 cities in Guangdong Province in 2021 has significant spatial differences and positive agglomeration, The energy development in the north-south and east-west wings is relatively weak, while the energy development in the north-south direction and the east-west transition zone is relatively strong. The coefficient of the level of industrial structure influencing factor is higher than that of the development of the digital economy, the level of scientific and technological development, the level of opening-up, the level of economic development, and other influencing factors.
This paper wants to explore how to use game analysis and machine learning techniques to alleviate the information asymmetry for vendors in the murder mystery game industry. Sentiment analysis and game analysis are proposed to extract attributes and opinions from game introductions and reviews, then to propose strategies for selecting more valuable stories. Despite the abundance of genres and the complexity of gameplay, the data information of text and features can still be utilized to build a model for interactive story and form a standardized decision making process. This paper can provide a strategic basis for Software as a service (SaaS) companies that want to enter the related industry, using natural language processing (NLP) techniques to alleviate information asymmetry between upstream and downstream.
The era occupied by the COVID-19 is coming to an end, but the loss it has brought to the world is immeasurable. Tourism, as a key industry or even a pillar industry in many countries, how to revive tourism as soon as possible has become a major concern of all countries in the post-epidemic era. This paper studied the status quo of tourism industry in 20 Chinese cities after the epidemic, divided them into groups by whether to issue consumption vouchers or not, and studied the factors which can influence tourism income increment. The study found that the policy of coupon distribution did not play an important role in promoting tourism. Meanwhile, the local GDP and education level also played a positive role in the recovery of tourism. This study is able to provide some reference value for the government and tourism departments in formulating policies to promote consumption in this industry.
Transaction marketing is a business strategy that focuses on a single "point of sale" transaction. A transaction marks a financial agreement between two parties in which one party receives a financial benefit from the sale of goods and services to the other party. The way to obtain goods in modern society is usually inseparable from transactions, maximizing profits and obtaining more property has become the goal of many businessmen. However, obtaining benefits is not a simple science. It needs to be analyzed from different fields such as cost, research and development, publicity and the focus of this research: buyer psychology. This research paper analyzes the combination of mental accounting and the application of Weber's law in the market through examples of The Coca-Cola Company's development in the Chinese market. Using data and statistical methods to analyze the sales market and sales channels. Finally, it summarizes the suggestions and strategies of Coca-Cola's price increase, price reduction, sales methods and sales channels to provide a reference for sellers, so as to maximize the seller's benefits.
