Is ESG a New Trick for the Chinese Stock Market? An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship Between Corporate ESG and Financial Performance

As an essential indicator to measure corporate financial performance and social responsibility, ESG has been widely used in theory and practice. This paper uses the data of listed companies combined with the least square regression test, a multidimensional empirical test of the impact of ESG on corporate financial performance. The results demonstrate that ESG has a differentiated impact on different financial indicators such as ROA (returns on assets), ROE (returns on equity), and Tobin's Q index, implying that the impact of ESG is relatively complex. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions hoping to provide some references for enterprises to improve their financial performance and promote sustainable development.

Research on the Impact of Live Broadcasting on the Development of Rural Industries

With the innovation of information technology and e-commerce model, live e-commerce meets the diversified needs of consumers and has become a new driving force for the growth of online consumption. In the 2020 novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak and the decisive struggle against poverty, the direct broadcast of electric business has opened a convenient door for the sale of agricultural products. Direct broadcasting economy has promoted the development of rural economy, but there are also some problems. This paper analyzes the current situation of live broadcast sales of agricultural products and gives countermeasures to the problems. At present, with the continuous development of internet live broadcasting, various industries are trying to use live broadcasting for sales. For example, in the agricultural field, live broadcasting of agricultural products has become the main means of agricultural product marketing. During the live broadcast and delivery period, the diversity of live broadcast types ensures the delivery effect and increases the sales of agricultural products. However, the live broadcast of goods has also brought many problems, such as false publicity, data fraud, hidden gray industrial chain, difficulty in returning and exchanging goods, and other phenomena have also occurred many times, which has attracted the attention of all walks of life. Therefore, it is suggested that in the process of live broadcast sales of agricultural products, the anchor with goods should be encouraged to continuously enhance their live broadcast ability, and try to adopt diversified live broadcast modes for live broadcast with goods. In addition, it is also necessary to do a good job in the supervision and management of webcast. It is suggested that the relevant departments should establish a perfect supervision and management system for live broadcasting of commodities, and investigate and deal with all kinds of bad and illegal behaviors according to the law.

Contribution to the Impact of Incubator on Nascent Startup Performance -- From Agency-problem Perspective

This study provides a novel model to discuss the function of incubator on startups by combining agency theory and social capital theory. The analysis is based on the assumption that the agency cost in startup business operations results in higher information asymmetry for creditors and equity investors in firm evaluation, which leads to more obstacles to a startup’s access to funding. The emphasis is on the startup’s operating environment from the perspective of goal-directed conflict and information asymmetry. The inference is conducted based on antecedent literature that mainly relied on social capital theory, and we try to shed light by adding agency theory to extend the boundaries of current studies. The implications of this result indicate the improved efficiency of utilizing an incubator in alleviating the complexity of a startup’s operating environment. The study provides insight into future policy making in startup development and incubator-related assistance.

College Employment Problem Based on Stable Matching Theory

Based on the investigation and analysis of the employment psychological status of college graduates in China, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to alleviate the severe employment pressure. At the same time, it also provides the theoretical basis and reference materials for related researchers. In recent years, recruiting units have paid more and more attention to the relationship between graduates and employers and the roles played by both parties. It is found that the imbalance between supply and demand in China's labor market is the main factor affecting students' participation in civil service examinations, teachers' academic qualifications and degree certificate system reform. Among them, the employment and working environment of graduates are more influential, while for employers, the biggest impact is the gap between the positions provided by enterprises and social needs.

Research on the Application of Financial Sharing Center Based on Value Chain Theory Take the Mengniu Company as an Example

The growing size of enterprise groups and the rapid development of information technology have given rise to financial shared services. They have brought about changes in the financial management model, improved the efficiency of accounting processes, and strengthened the control of molecular companies by reconstructing financial processes. However, there are some shortcomings in the current financial shared services, for example, the application of financial shared services is mainly focused on the operational level, concentrating on post-event processing, lagging behind the demand and facing difficulties. Therefore, this paper takes the financial shared service center of Mengniu Group as the research object and focuses on how to use new types of financial information technology to realize the digital transformation of the enterprise financial management process. The case is analyzed using relevant theories. The financial shared services model has improved the efficiency of modern enterprises' production and operations, expanded the analysis and decision support functions of finance, and facilitated the digital transformation of enterprise finance; at the same time, the value of data assets related to financial shared services has not been fully exploited, and the benefits of financial sharing are still limited to internal enterprises and have not been extended to other enterprises in the value chain. It is recommended that enterprises further improve their shared services and combine them with digital transformation based on data, process, and business specifications, and implement them more deeply in all dimensions of the value chain in the future to achieve value creation.

A Game Theory Explanation of the High Ticket Price in Scenic Spots

Recently, the ticket price of domestic tourist attractions has continued to rise, which causes a hot debate in society. Compared with the international average, the ticket prices of some tourist attractions in China have reached or exceeded some developed countries. This paper points out that in different scenic spots their products are different. On this basis, it gives a monopoly competition model based on game theory, which can be used to explain the high ticket prices of scenic spots and other high prices, and can provide references for relevant departments to formulate countermeasures. The purpose of this paper is to point out that scenic spot products are differential monopoly products. By introducing the idea of game theory, it is demonstrated that the characteristics of differential monopoly may automatically lead to a complete monopoly price in scenic spots, resulting in social welfare losses. This model can explain the high ticket prices in China and the fact that some scenic spots are still planning to raise prices.
