With the development of economic globalisation and information technology, under the condition of limited resources, searching for new economic growth points and enterprise growth models, resource integration has become the key to implementing enterprise goals, and financial shared services have emerged. Enterprises with large-scale, widely distributed branches, financial sharing can integrate all kinds of resources in the enterprise, through the business module to optimise the process, so that the process between different regions and the accounting system tends to standardise and unify,Finance staff in all positions can familiarise themselves with the business dealing with branch matters. The securities industry has also continued to strengthen the integration of digital technology and business applications, moving towards standardisation, systemisation and intelligence. This paper briefly describes the meaning and development history of the financial sharing model, explains the development history and development status of the securities industry, and briefly analyses the application of financial sharing in the overall construction of the securities company's finances.
With the rapid development of information technology, the “Golden Tax Phase IV” system has been fully launched, and the comprehensively digital electronic invoice (hereinafter referred to as “CDEI”) as its core has also been piloted in many places. However, there is little research on CDEI in the academic community at present. Most of them use the literature research method, mainly focusing on the challenges of CDEI implementation to enterprises, coping strategies, financial management and other aspects. There is little research on the application of CDEI in a specific enterprise. Through literature research and case analysis, this paper firstly studies the theory of CDEI, expounds the relevant theoretical basis, and provides theoretical guidance for various practical problems in the application of CDEI in enterprises. Secondly, a case study of X finance and taxation consulting service company is conducted, which actively uses the CDEI system. This paper starts from three stages of the evolution of the invoice application of company X, and through a comprehensive understanding of company X, analyzes three major impacts of the application of CDEI on Company X’s improvement of work convenience, enhancement of tax compliance, and reduction of business error rate. In addition, it points out the problems existing in the application of CDEI in company X and the solutions. This paper enriches the existing optimization research on the application of CDEI, and provides some enlightenment for the risk prevention and supervision, system innovation and rational development of the application of CDEI in enterprises.
Among many quantitative investment means, Alpha strategy, as a typical strategy, has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. Therefore, how to obtain excess Alpha returns stably and how to select the portfolio with higher future returns from the massive stock pool has attracted more and more attention from investors. This paper uses the ranking score method to determine the effective factors in the candidate factors and constructs a multi-factor Alpha strategy stock selection model in the A-share market. This paper first uses historical data to conduct sample analysis of stocks, studies the correlation between various indicators of listed companies and Alpha returns of individual stocks, and selects candidate factors that can effectively screen stocks with high Alpha returns. After that, the strategy model was established for back testing to test the application and feasibility of Alpha strategy in China's A-share market. Four effective factors are selected according to previous studies. And use the market data from January 2022 to December 2022 to back test the alpha strategy. The back test results show that the multi-factor Alpha strategy in this paper meets the expected performance in the A-stock market and can outperform the market to obtain excess returns. This paper studies the multi-factor Alpha strategy in the A-stock market, aiming to improve the feasibility of this strategy in the Chinese stock market, hoping to provide objective and effective investment ideas for asset managers and obtain investment methods that can obtain excess returns.
In three different ways, this article provides insight into how the presentation of artwork reflects the changing stages of the economy. The article delves into the historical significance of the Dutch Golden Age, where artistic opulence went hand in hand with economic prosperity. In addition, it dissects the broader stages of economic development and their reflection in art from ancient agrarian societies to today's digital age. Finally, the article explores the evolving patterns of transactions in the art market, tracing the shift from barter systems to modern digital transactions. Through these lenses, the article shows that the art market can serve as a dynamic indicator of economic change, providing insight into social values, economic health, and the evolving interplay between culture and commerce. The economic crisis of 2008 and the potential dangers of the fine art market are examined. The future use of market trends as a starting point for econometric measurements was envisaged.
The Black Scholes model and binomial tree model have been the main research objects of scholars in the past fifty years. This article summarizes the optimization process of these two classic option pricing models to understand the different directions of optimizing the models and to provide ideas for future model improvement. Improvements from scholars to the Black-Scholes model mainly focus on the basic model and the relevant variables involved in option pricing, while the optimization of the binomial tree model focuses on the reduction of pricing errors as well as the improvement of model fitting speed. Empirical studies of option pricing models have shown that improved models while enhancing the accuracy of pricing in various financial markets, unavoidably increase computational complexity and reduce efficiency. This article also demonstrates the future integration of financial derivatives pricing models in multiple fields by describing the application of real options in the agriculture, technology, and biology industries.
This research employs the iPhone as a case study and conducts a survey to investigate consumers' willingness-to-pay (WTP) for privacy. We discover that consumers not only value their privacy in the digital realm but are also willing to invest considerably in privacy-protection services. What makes our findings particularly intriguing is the relationship between consumers' privacy habits and their willingness-to-pay. Surprisingly, individuals who may exhibit lower vigilance in safeguarding their privacy online paradoxically demonstrate a higher willingness-to-pay for services that ensure their data protection. Our research not only sheds light on consumer behavior but also provides invaluable strategic implications for businesses, especially tech giants like Apple. By leveraging privacy protection as a key selling point, firms can not only cater to the increasing concerns of privacy-conscious consumers but also elevate their products to a new level of desirability. Effectively communicating the robust privacy features of products like the iPhone empowers companies to justify premium pricing, enhancing their revenue streams while simultaneously fostering a safer digital environment for their users. This study stands as a testament to the symbiotic relationship between consumer demand for privacy and businesses' strategic innovation, driving the evolution of both technology and user protection in the digital age.
Traditionally, firms face many challenges with employment: Geographical discrepancies, inefficient talent sourcing methods, accessibility, and, more recently, COVID-19. As a result, the gig economy, or the freelance economy, has become increasingly popular as a method of employment after the pandemic. This type of business model is proliferating due to its easy accessibility, along with environmental factors, such as the pandemic and social factors, such as the trend of digitalization in developing countries. This new model also brings many benefits to gig workers, including an easier pathway to employment and globalization, consumers, bringing them a wide array of services on an accessible platform, and corporations, helping them source talent and solve resource allocation issues. Yet, many corporations and industries are still in the early stage of utilizing gig workers, or refuse to outsource gig talent, because of social perceptions, skill set mismatches, and technical inefficiencies. In this paper, empirical analysis of the platform's fundamental components, challenges with society, and outlook is presented along with a relevant case study and a recommendation for a potential future development of the gig economy.

This reflects investors' optimism about the future potential of electric vehicles and their trust in Tesla's leadership. In addition, Tesla has successfully raised billions of dollars in capital markets to support the company's expansion and research and development projects, including the Gigafactory and the development of autonomous driving technology. This shows that investors are confident in Tesla's future growth prospects.
The rapid evolution of the fashion industry in recent decades has been characterised by the rise of fast fashion, which challenges the traditional bi-annual fashion cycle by producing and disseminating new styles in a much shorter timeframe. Fast fashion democratises the fashion world, making trendy clothing accessible and affordable to a broader audience. A principal player in this transformation is Zara, conceptualised by Amancio Ortega, which grew from a small shop in A Coruna to a worldwide retail empire, epitomising the ethos of "instant fashions". This transition in the industry parallels shifts in consumer behavior models. Historically, the AIDA model suggested a progression from Attention to Interest, Desire, and Action. However, with the advent of the Internet, this model has evolved. The AISAS model, proposed in 2005, adjusts for the digital age by including the Search, Action, and Share stages. This was further modified to the SICAS model in 2011, encompassing stages of Sense, Interest and Interactive, Connection and Communication, Action, and Sharing. This model delineates the steps of brand-consumer interaction in today's digital age, emphasising the significance of connectivity, communication, and sharing in the consumer's purchasing journey. The article introduces the Zara marketing strategy based on the SICAS model.
Studying the organisational structure is always essential in understanding how businesses operate both externally and internally. In that sense, by researching on the structure of business oragnisations, it is predicted for the researcher to obtain some valuable results. This approach can be seen as using a case study method in which detailed investigations are conducted into the organisation structure, which yield fruitful observations.
