Study on Influencing Factors of Egg Price Fluctuation

In recent years, due to the joint impact of food safety incidents, egg disease and price fluctuations of related substitutes, the market price of eggs, especially eggs, has fluctuated for many times, which not only affects residents' food consumption and income of egg farmers, but also affects the healthy development of egg industry. This paper selected the monthly panel data from 2014 to 2020 to study the influencing factors of egg price fluctuation. The results showed that chicken price and feed price had significant effect on the fluctuation of egg price, and the price of compound feed had the greatest effect on it. In addition, the increase of pork price would not necessarily lead to the rise of egg price. Meanwhile, the consumer price index had no significant impact on the price of eggs, and the increase of residents’ income level would significantly promote the price of egg. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the external and internal laws of egg price fluctuation and explore the mechanism of stabilizing egg price for the healthy development of poultry and egg industry and national economy.

The Relationship Between Chinese Consumer Behavior and Corporate Social Responsibility of Luxury Brands, after the COVID-19

Consumer spending on luxury goods decreased during the outbreak. Luxury brands are also increasingly focusing on corporate social responsibility. The topic of this paper is to examine the relationship between the CSR of luxury brands and Chinese consumer buying behavior after COVID-19. In this study, 313 Chinese participants who are familiar with luxury goods, were randomly selected to finish a questionnaire. The data will be presented in graphical form, and this survey uses analysis of correlation as well as regression analysis to explore the relationship between different social responsibilities and consumer behaviors. Nearly all participants think that luxury companies should take social responsibility, but most of them don't choose to actively know about it actively, but only realize that luxury companies should take social responsibility passively when events happen. However, for companies, the consequences of not fulfilling social responsibility may seriously affect the sales of luxury companies. The three most important responsibilities include product quality and safety responsibility, environmental protection responsibility, and basic salary and welfare of employees. In addition, environmental responsibility, customer orientation responsibility, social responsibility, and employee and job placement responsibility all contribute to consumer purchasing behavior.

The Influence of Railways on Urban Development Based on a Resource-Based View

As the product of the first Industrial Revolution, the railway has been in existence for a long time and has made an indelible contribution to the urban development of mankind. However, the railway’s status is declining in some countries, greatly affected by the development of aviation and road technology. In the academia, there is also a lack of analysis of the urban railway. In order to explore the railway’s status in urban sites and extend the literature of the resource-based view (RBV), this paper will discuss the railway’s impact especially on the urban sites based on RBV. We choose the city Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, China, as a case study. Then we compare the data before and after the building of the railway. The comparison is based on the triple bottom line (TBL) principle, which means using three different aspects to show the changes. In the end, we reveal the importance of railway resources and the concrete impact of building a railway on various sites. We also propose some suggestions for building a new railway.

Applications of the Digital Mapping System (DMS) and the Influence on Climate Change

Recent years have seen a rapid change in climate, which has led to an increase in the number of severe weather-related disasters. The management, on the other hand, has not provided a solution that is adequate to the question of how to avert similar calamities. Because planners, designers, and those in charge of making decisions lack essential meteorological expertise and data, there is currently insufficient consideration given to the influence that DMS will have on the climate. As a direct result of increasing urbanisation, the rate at which climate change is occurring is accelerating, which means that the significance of this problem is growing. The city virtual map system has the potential to serve as a convergence point for virtual and climate systems, which will make it easier to find solutions to problems. The significance of DMS is analysed, and data-driven recommendations are offered based on the obtained meteorological data and after taking into consideration the effects of climate, population, and greening. This article starts with a brief overview of how the city's climate has changed recently. Next, the purpose of the urban climate map is explained, followed by a list of relevant pros and cons based on the relevant characteristics and a discussion of how DMS could be used in real-world situations.

Review on the Identification and Assessment of Project Risks in International Engineering Contracting Projects

With the steady promotion of the "the Belt and Road" initiative and the introduction of a number of reform measures, the pace of "going global" of Chinese enterprises has been accelerating. More Chinese construction enterprises are actively engaged in overseas engineering construction and have made remarkable achievements. At the same time, the way of project contracting is also constantly upgrading, and the time span, uncertainty and complexity of international project contracting business are increasing, so it is necessary to carry out risk management. In addition, the introduction of relevant policies and regulations at home and abroad has further promoted the construction of overseas risk management of international project contracting enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to use scientific methods and tools to identify and assess the risks of the project according to the internal and external conditions of the international engineering contracting project, and determine the measures to deal with the risks of the international engineering contracting project according to the results of the risk analysis, its own resource conditions, the environment and other factors. Finally, the corresponding risk response measures and suggestions are put forward based on the actual development strategy of the enterprise and the market environment of international project contracting business.

Analysis and Synthesis of the Environmental Progress of Apple Inc. from 2008 to 2022

Apple Inc. has been committed to environmental sustainability since its beginnings and has made considerable strides toward those objectives throughout the years. The company has been aiming to reduce the total amount of greenhouse gases (GHG) released throughout the production, transportation, and disposal of all of their products since 2006. Up to 95% of all emissions come from the electronic industry, including its production, distribution, use, and disposal. Greenhouse gas emissions from Apple's operations are just 5% of the company's total, in contrast to the 100% from its products. Apple Inc. claims it would be vigilant in tracking how its operations affect the planet. In order to ensure that all of its locations are up to par with regulations and industry norms, it has created an EHS management system. This paper details the environmental effect of Apple's facilities, including Apple Retail Stores, describes the measures being taken to lessen the company's impact on the environment, and sums up Apple's most noteworthy environmental accomplishments from 2008 to 2022. Development Level and Growth Source of China’s Digital Inclusive Finance —— An Investigation Based on Contribution Decomposition Model

The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic not only highlights the solid foundation of China's digital economy, but also counterforces and accelerates its further development, which provides a potential opportunity for China's economic transformation and upgrading in the next stage. This paper uses the contribution decomposition model, examines the development level and growth sources of China’s digital inclusive finance from three dimensions: the coverage, the using depth and the digitalization degree. The research shows that from 2011 to 2020, the overall level and each dimension indexes of digital inclusive finance development show a leap-forward development, but the problem of insufficient and imbalance of regional financial development is still quite obvious. The results of contribution decomposition show that, taking 2016 as the boundary, the growth source of digital inclusive finance index in the former stage lies in the coverage, and the latter stage mainly depends on the coverage and using depth of digital finance, while the emphasis on the digitalization degree of digital finance is relatively insufficient. Under the background of the complex situation and severe challenges in the post-epidemic era, efforts should be made in the top-level design and elements support, aiming at the regional and dimensional shortcomings, so as to make positive contributions to the high-quality development of China's economy.

Water Pollution and Decoupling Status in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

Monitoring and reducing Water pollution is critical for the sustainable and green development of socio-economy. This paper combined the concept of Grey Water Footprint and Decoupling theory to evaluate the water pollution status in Yangtze River and the related Economic Belt from 2003 to 2018. By understanding the pollution status, a clearer insight into whether Yangtze River achieved decoupling and where to further improve water quality could be found. According to the result, although some regions, such as Yunnan and Jiangxi, did not display a descending pattern during the period, Yangtze River Economic Belt as a whole showcased a steady decline in total GWF since 2010. In regarding to the economic development, every region within Yangtze River Economic Belt significantly increased their GDP throughout the period. Therefore, according to Tapio’s decoupling model, it was always decoupling status for Yangtze River Economy from 2003 to 2018, and it has been strong decoupling status for 7 years. This paper provides some information and references for the formulation of water resources management policies, and finally promotes the green development of the areas in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

Research on Shackles of Agricultural Modernization in Northeast China -Taking the Promotion of the Western-style Agricultural Machinery in Northeast China as an Example

In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, with the gradual development of social economy, agriculture in Northeast China also gradually began to modernize. In this context, businessmen from western developed countries saw the opportunity to actively promote their advanced agricultural machinery through various marketing strategies. Although they achieved satisfactory results in the initial years, their sales gradually weakened over time. Due to the lagging sales of Western-style agricultural machinery, agricultural production in most areas continues adopted the old method until Japan occupied the northeastern China in 1931. This phenomenon was result of the combination of multiple factors, such as special farming conditions, weak farmers 'economy, low self-organization ability of farmers, low labor cost, and complicated operation of western agricultural machinery. These adverse factors are also the shackles of the modernization of agriculture in Northeast China.

Overtime in China is getting worse and more and more employees are re-quired to work overtime every day. Many sudden deaths and suicides have been reported as a result of the constant overtime work. However, research on overtime has not been extensively studied in China. This research has significant implications for the design of overtime mechanisms in companies. It also strongly identifies the negative effects of overtime on employ-ees. This paper will focus on the relationship between overtime and employ-ee satisfaction in Chinese companies. The research methodology is carried out using questionnaire analysis and interviews. The results show that there is an inverse relationship between the length of overtime work and satisfaction, while the older the age, the more overtime work increases.
